We can deliver Infrastructure support from the desktop selection up to network, server, and storage selection, installation, configuration, and support. We can provide Managed Application support for our customer as well at the client site or SaaS (Software as a Service) on hosted environments. Support and service is available for application development projects after completion with our maintenance agreements.
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business organizations. We strive to adhere to the ITIL practice by providing our clients with a staffed service support desk and on-call service technicians. By using generic ITIL practices we can establish a baseline from which we can plan, implement, and measure our service quality and strive to exceed our client’s expectations. We have the experience with the ITIL reference model which will allow us to adhere to good computer room practice and procedures.

We can:
– Provide consulting services to determine the needs of the customer so a plan can be developed to provide the appropriate solution.
– Provide a centralized area to report and track customer issues; an initial triage of problem allowing the dispatch of the technician or team required to restore service.
– Travel to and from the data center or customer site as required to service Networking, Server Hardware, and Storage Infrastructure.
– Work within or assist in developing our clients Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management process.

We develop service level scenarios with our client to better fit the organizations needs and requirements. When available we will review the organizations historical technology incident reports so that we can better plan for service or disaster situations to protect the valuable client technology assets.
